The concept of “one true love” is nothing if not persistent. The idea that there is just one person out there that is a perfect match for us. And of course, when you meet them, you’ll know at some point, they’re “the ONE”. You’ll fit like 2 puzzle pieces destined to be popped into place together. My complicated relationship with romance... OK so if you read this blog you’re probably going to guess (and be totally on the money) that I’ve never experienced this phenomenon. The longer I write here the more I’m coming to understand that I am a deeply repressed romantic and have been all of my life.
